windows explorer refreshing contents problem

Hello,
I'm having a problem with windows explorer (WIN xp PRO, SV2):
Some times (not allways) when I delete or move a file, the action is completed but the file remains in the explorer window. I cannot open the "ghost" file (message: cannot read from the source file or disk), and It goes away when I hit F5.
any ideas?

Same here. Never have found a solution, reckon it's a bug in XP SP2.
I also get regular Explorer crashes.
