Windows XP Start Problem!!

Back from my long day i turned my PC on and shortly after the Boot Screen a blue screen can be seen shortly. After that the computer restarts. This occurs over and over when trying to start XP normally.

As such I have tried Safe Mode.. While the system files are loading it states..
Press ESC to discontinue loading of d347bus.sys
After pressing ESC or leaving it the computer restarts.

Now i can't start or get into the OS so i tried reinstalling/formatting.
I was not able to do this as on instruction to Press Enter to install WIndows XP.. another Blue Screen pops up and exclaims the XP has shut down comp to prevent damage. This happened again when tried.
The error had something to do with ntfs.sys or something when the blue screen pops up!

I'm no expert but your help is appreciated in any form!
This is driving me crazy
Thanks

Could be a virus or a crash in your Windows.

Only sollution i see is. Reïnstall. But your Win.XP must got a Boot feature.

Start the computer with the Win.XP cd in it. And keep pressing F12 until you get a screen where you can choose to boot from:

Harddisk
Diskette
Cd-rom

Choose CD-rom and if it is good. Windows XP setup starts. And you can choose to Format your Harddisk or you can Reïnstall. Format is the best first. Then if you got a virus you get rid of it.

If the setup is not beginning. You must go to Microsoft.com and download a bootdisk for Windows XP. I thought you would need 6 diskettes for it.

If this is too difficult for you, tell it here. Maybe i can tell it easier or other people can react.

Hope this can help you
