explorer.exe error! urgent help needed!

I ran some program, then after restarting my pc, i receive a message that explorer.exe crashes. and what's worse it disabled my windows xp built-in firewall so right now while i am posting this message, my computer has no firewall.

I use the Sygate Personal Firewall and Avg free edition antivirus there are also free virus scans, get Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search & Destroy these are also free follow the instructions in the thread.
