Exclamation How do you Undo a Non-Destructive System Restore or fix private files access denied?

I was having a lot of problems with spyware and viruses in my computer and was talking with tech-support and the recommended I do a Non-Destructive System Restore. But now when I try to access the folders that I originally had made private, now access is denied! The My Files folder, which was very important seems like the contents has been erased! I am not sure what to do..at this point..since so much has been lost I would rather just undo the system restore...is that possible??? And then try to fix my old problems.. Any help is GREATLY appritiated! I have looked all over the internet..and kind find the right answers.
