Sharing files on a secondary hard drive

I just had a new 250gb drive installed that I would like to use for all of my families music. So I want to make it accessable to everyone that uses this computer. The problem is that I can't figure out how to create a new shared folder on that drive. I tried moving the shared folder from the primary drive to the new drive but couldn't figure out how. Since we have a rather large cd collection I will be getting a third drive at some point. Is there any way to share these files with all users.
