My nView button disappeared in settings-how to get it back?

have nView technology on my lap top. I used it today because I am trying to connect my lap top to my new flat screen TV. I didn't succeed....so a friend tried to help....but instead screwed up my PC.

Before he touched my pc I had access to a dialoge box under a tab called nView. I think I need to change my setting from standard to Kloning to get my TV to connect.

This was how I got to the nView before I "lost" it:

right click on desktop
properties
settings
advanced

Then I chose nView....but that tab is now gone....amazing! Anyone knows how to get it back??

Any help appreciated.....

Have you tried a System Restore askeladden?
Take it back a few days and the icon should appear

START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>STSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE
