Disable Explorer Functions

I am trying to create some windows XP pro Kiosk’s but my issue is that the end user can still hold control and hit “e” to bring up the windows XP search companion. I would also like to lock out the search function under the view drop down in Internet Explorer (same search companion). I have been able to lock down all other functions using windows group policy editor (gpedit.msc). This is also an issue when you use the “–k” switch when starting IE from a command line. The “Control + E” keyboard command still brings up the search companion. I would like to disable all keyboard commands and disable the “view” drop down menu in IE all together.
