DirectX 9 and WMP 9

Got them off a non-win.update site.

Any bugs u found, likes dislikes. problems etc post em here.

only one bug so far. WMP9 complains about the resolution when playing some dvd's, this is fixed in most cases by either changing to a lower rez or Play: dvd ...etc

only had 1 prob as well. when watching DVD, the sound was funny, as if listening to it from behind a fan. just went to win update last nite, downloaded new codecs package, and have not tried to see if it was fixed. also, I am still running the beta, and did not wan't to wait 45 mins last night to download final release. still have an old Geforce 2, and can't see a reason to download DirectX 9.

Talking Hey guys WMP 9series

I dont know about you, but ive noticed poor playback on DVD's on WMP 9series i am using a ATi Hardware Decoder with PowerDVD as the software Decoder and when i try and use WMP 9Series it has funny lines going down it i thought at first maybe it was my TFt but its not as it works fine on PowerDVD.XP and ATi MagicDV Hardware

Now im not sure what this could be but its annoying as i prefare the WMP look to P-DVD and so i would like to use it.......

Its NOT my system spec as i have ;

AMD Athlon XP 2800+
1024 DDr 400 FSB Ram
nVidia Geforce 4 TI4600
AOpen Top of the Range Board
ATi DVD Decoder

Just upgraded hehe but can u shed any light on this subject

Thanks Guys
