IE 6 Favorites list missing

Hello Friends,

After I reformatted my computer, I tried to run IE 6.0 and when it reinstalled, I tried to resore it from my backup folder I created with Windows Backup Wizard. I hit restore, found the folder, it said restore complete, but all my favorites were gone. I found the folder when I did a windows search, but how do I get them back in IE?

Hi ... If you are still able to view them ? What I would do is select them all and then copy it , Now open windows explorer and go to the following if your copy of windows is install on the c drive then do this or whichever your copy is install on open that drive up , then open " Documents and settings " , then open your user name , then highlight the favorites folder , now on the right side just right click and select paste , it should now all be there
