computer admin. problems

hey all I found your forum when i was looking for info on my problems with my computer.I pretty stupid when it comes to computer problems so I'm having a bad time messing with it. It would be great if someone could help me out.

I need to remove the computer administer account but it says I don't have permission. Is their anyway around this?


I only have one user account on my com and under my name it says (computer admin) but it says I'm not the admin when i try to remove programs or install other programs. I can't change my firewall settings or anything like that. I tired to add another user account to it a minute ago and it said i did'nt have permission to do so. It's doing a ton of other messed up stuff but I think this is the root of it.
