Deleting files

im trying to delete a video file out of me temp. folder but it wont let me saying that it is being used by another person or program....My Windows Media Player is definitly NOT running, nor is any of my other players

...i was just gonna try and uninstall WMP and start all over...but i can't find how to do that either....if someone could help me it out it would GREATLY be appreciated.

Do it in safe mode.

Open the Media Player and check for the prescence of that File in a Playlist, etc,. Delete it every where you find it in the Media Player, then go back to the Temporary Folder and attempt deletion again.
To access Safe Mode, re-boot and start tapping the F8 key immediately BEFORE Windows starts.
