Angry Computer won't start properly.

I just recently scanned my computer with a adware/spyware scanner and it found 540 of those. I deleted all of them with the scanner and restarted my computer. However when i'm supposed to get to the screen with the accounts, i get a blank blue screen instead with a windows xp logo on it. I'm afraid i may have deleted something important during the scan. Is there a way to fix this? I have windows xp home and a t2542 emachine.

Hi ... What scanner did you use ? It could be possible that you have place them in such as a back up folder , If the scanner you use has this option try that first , If not , Then try a system restore or last good boot
