Maybe someone can help me, I need to know how to wipe the hard drive clean of win 98 and do a clean install of XP Home. I am not sure how to do this so maybe someone can tell me how to go about doing it. Thanks for any help.

Insert your Windows XP CDRom and reset.

Enter SETUP (press DEL) upon restart and change your BOOT SEQUENCE to boot from CDROM first. Save and Exit.

Wait until you see PRESS ANY KEY TO BOOT FROM CDROM... (and press a key)

Follow the instructions to erase C: and Install on that drive.
