Unlocking User Folder
We had an unfortunate incident the other night with my brothers XP machine. We tried everything including the repair disk ... but nothing worked. My last resort was to install W2K Pro on the machine so he had something more then a paper weight. The problem that we are running into now is a lot of his documents were stored in the My Documents folder under XP. When I tried to open that folder in W2K, it says that access to the folder is restricted. I realize this because he did have a password on his XP Account. How can I get to those files?
