Cannot Access a website running on winxp pro from a networked pc

Hi,
I am running a website on a winxp pro pc ( 192.168.1.105 ). I want to access it from my laptop ( 192.168.1.115 ). when I say http:// 192.168.1.105 from my laptop the request times out. I can ping the PC from my laptop and can access the shared folders also. What can be the problem ???
