Wont accept Micro$oft Office

Hiya guys...

My pc wont accept Micro$oft Office... I am running Windows XP pro Corprate edition...
Each time i try to install Office... the cd starts spinning just like normail... but when i click on install office... I am being told that Micro$oft office does not support MS-DOS..
I am not running in ms-dos... and cant found out what the problem is...

any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreicated...

If the message window refers to a "Sub system" error, download and run XP Fix.exe. It's the second one on the list on that page.
