Javascript Problem

I recenty installed Zone Alarm and didnt like it because it started messing things up on my computer. So I uninstalled it and everything is ok now. Except that javascript will not work anymore. If I go to a site on the internet javascript will work but if I try to use one of my scripts directly from my computer javascript will not work. Ive checked and changed my settings in Internet Explorer and still cant get it to work.

Any Ideas???? Please let me know.

Register the file from start/run

regsvr32 msjava.dll

I ran that and it succeeded, but javascript still wont work.
