Installing programs to specific users in XP Pro

I would like to install Firefox and Thunderbird to try out,but do not want them installed for all the other users at home till I first check them out.
How do I go about this in Xp?
Any help appreciated!

It depends on the applications, some applications have the option "for me or for all users". In this case, install Firefox and Thunderbird, move all icons of Firefox and Thunderbird to your desktop from your Start Menu Programs. Open the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\", delete any shortcuts of Firefox and Thunderbird in this folder and its subfolders. It will look like for you only.
