Domain user language setting

Hi
I faced the problem in changing language setting if i enter into the domain. If i enter into my local computer, all the language setting for MS office software are english but if i enter into the domain, the language setting change to all Thai. How can i correct this? Do i need to justify some setting in domain or ...? I really appreciate if you have some ideas to correct this. Thanks
