stuck in the safe mode...

ok I know there must lots of people already asked this question...
but i's different this time..
when i boot my computer up, it will go straight into safe mode menu..
and it says the windows didnt started up successfully because you changed some hardware or software stuff like that...
it's a little different from the reguler safe mode menu....basically just the same (the options)
and heres the problem, no matter which option i choose, when it restart again, it will just go back into safemode, no matter what i tried....it just wont enter into windows...
so, does it mean i have to reinstall again...?

hmm by the way i DID changed something before this happened

uhh i can't find the ENGLISH version picture...sorry...
but anyway...in that window those little boxes suppose all check in...but i check those out...so the computer would run faster...but after that i turn the computer off and restarted again...and theres the problem...

uhh....does anyone know what to do...

You really can't just UNCHECK everything in the msconfig/startup list. A LOT of it is important - like your Anti-Virus...Firewall....sound.....drivers......

Re-check everything and reboot. If it's OK - start looking into what each thig IS. Look at the file name AND the directory structure. (THANK YOU XP for making this SO much harder! ) You can learn a lot that way. An unknown startup item in my CREATIVE folder doesn't worry me so much - bet it has to do with my sound card.

Put the filename into GOOGLE and see what it says aout it. You'll find a LOT of them are system files.

When done - write down what to UNCHECK - and do it ONE at a time - and reboot afterwards. Time consuming - but worth it.

And that BLANK item?? ( I bet it is there ). I've never learned WHAT it is....probably Bill Gates' personal monitor line.....
