Windows XP boot keys & preload program

1. How do I disable the boot keys (F4, F5, F8) in Windows XP (Pro/Home) ?
2. How do I execute a program just before the Windows GUI loads (like CHKDSK and Partition Magic) ? I have found a BootExecute key in the registry but it dows not work for me.
