ntbackup doesn't backup at startup

I installed ntbackup using NTBACKUP.MSI and assumed that I could configure backup to be executed at computer startup and it would backup at startup. Not so. I can do a manual backup but it doesn't execute at startup.

ntbackup doesn't showup in the system configuration utility startup. With manual backup it works as it should. I do an incremental backup and it works fine. What am I missing as far as installing ntbackup?

Thanks, joeZ
