Annoying Security Alert! please help

After I updated to Service Pack 2 I have been getting the below message on almost every web site when I try to log in. I have tried every option in Advanced internet options.

In IE, open Internet Options and click on the Security tab.

Click on the Trusted Sites (green) icon and then the Sites button.

Type the name of the site you trust not to damage your computer and click add.

What version of IE are you running?

An older version may not recognise newer site certificates.

Check if there's an update.

Check your date and time are correct (in the bios too).

Try clicking on 'View Certificate' and install the certificate.

Perhaps your certificates are out of date. You updated your computer lately?

You can allways disable security certificate checking in:
"internet options/advanced/warn about invalid site certificates."
I don't advise it though.
