"PLAY ALL" and Windows Media Player

hi I am having problems with my music folders in windows XP and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.

Basically when I click on "Play All", only some of the files are played and it is always the same files. This occured with both WMP and winamp 3 so I uninstalled winamp 3 in case there was some conflict but still get the same problem with WMP 9.

Also when playing video files on repeat, I can only hear the audio of the video file and not see the picture once the videos start repeating.

When playing all videos in WMP, I cant see the last 10 secs or more of the video but can still hear the audio.

I understand I might not get a solution to my last two problems from here as they are more WMP based but if anyone could point me to a thread or site that could it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

erm try re-installing wmp, i think the problem lies with winamp 3 , winamp 2 only temp' takes over the file associations + reg entries

i think that winamp3 has modified a reg entry and its stopped wmp from detecting that mp3s are assocated with it.

i had the same prob not long ago , but afet reinstalling wmp it works again
