Accessing Passwords...

Im an admin on my home system, (windows xp professional) and i wanna know is it possible to find out the passwords for the other users accounts rather than just changing them, can someone help me out , thanks

Not that I know of, you probably could hack into them, but there is no facility native to xp to do this.
