How to import reminder from outlook 2003 to outlook 2000?

Hi!

Can someone please explain to me how to import a reminder from outlook2003 into outlook2000?
The thing is, I've got outlook 2000 and my colleague has got outlook 2003, but when he sends me a reminder, I can barely understand something because the format isn't the same.
Does anybody know how to adjust this problem or if there exists any patch or something like this which will allow me to preserve the formatting of the reminder from outlook 2003 please?
