Unable to delete folders after copying or moving contents.

After I move or copy a file I am unable to delete the folder the file was in without getting a "this folder is being used by another program" error. I am only able to delete the folder after I close and restart explorer.exe.

I have ran Norton AntiVirus, Ad-aware and HijackThis, still cant figue out whats wrong. I also have all recent windows updates

Note: This happens EVERY time I copy or move a file.

Try disabling the indexing service.

Right click "My Computer"-->select "manage"-->under "services and applications" select "services"-->on the right hand side, double click "indexing service"-->under startup type select "disabled" then restart your computer.

Tried the above and disabled indexing under properties of the hard drive and problem still exists.

Any other ideas? Im reinstalling SP2 now but I somehow doubt it will fix anything.
