xp pro cant keep true date or time days constantly behind any ideas please

Right-click the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Choose "Adjust Date/Time". Click the tab "Internet Time". Make sure that the box to the left that says "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server" is checked. Click "Update Now".
