Post IE6 Problems - Page Blinking and Refreshing Properly - Please Help!

Hi, can someone please help me fix the problems I am having with IE6. Ever since I downloaded/upgraded Windows with SP2, I've had problems with IE6 and can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Basically if you open IE, you get to the home page. If I try to click on a link, type in another URL to visit another page, or go back to a previous page, IE begans to blink several times and then stops on the "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error page....

I've not been able to figure out why but I connect it to the upgrade. The instability won't allow me to stay too long on a page or navigate properly. I have to continually shut down IE and restart it get to an operating page.

Any assistance anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I hope I explained the situation thorougly enough for some assistance. If you require more information, please feel free to ask.

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you have a Virus, What virus scanner do you use, or do you have one?

We'll ZoneAlarm isn't the best virus scanner, I would recommend you try downloading AVG Free edition.
