Can oneone help i can't shutdown my computer without pulling the plug i can't startup my computer the normal way it starts but it give me this error

then after i hit okay about 10 time the Xp pro login box pops up with my name in the user box i hit okay and i get into my computer. everthing run good except shtudown and starup anyone has any thougth.

I have tried ever4thing restore point , last good config , adware , virus , sysytem tools etc. nothing has got this fixed i been searching for 7 day on thew internet looking for a sulotion so far no luck

hope someone can help if not i will have to wipe it clean and start over agian ????

found out what was wrong the login i put in with styllesxp was corrupt remaoved it no problem thanks for the heads up

It is common that themes mess up the process of booting.
