90 second start up time.. getting sick of it!!

90 second start up time.. getting sick of it!!

OK it takes 90 seconds for my computer to boot up! wtf?
Here is the config
Asus A7V board
Processor x86 Family 6 Model 4 Stepping 2 AuthenticAMD ~1009 Mhz
BIOS Version/Date Award Software, Inc. ASUS A7V ACPI BIOS Revision 1003, 7/21/2000
SMBIOS Version 2.3
Total RAM 1.25 GB
Total Physical Memory 768.00 MB
Available Physical Memory 964.52 MB
Total Virtual Memory 4.23 GB
Available Virtual Memory 3.79 GB

Primary HD = Maxtor 19 GB File System:FAT
Secondary HD = Westren Digital 40 GB File System:FAT

Please help me speed up the boot time!!

Check your bios settings, go through them.

Start - Run - type "msconfig" - click the startup tab - see what is running at startup and start disabling programs till you find the culprit. You may have too many things starting as well. I have 10 startup programs and mine opens quickly.
