iexplore.exe Application error

Hi - I`m new to the site and looking for some help. I have done several searches to try to find an answer to the problem - have also run virus checks but can`t fathom out the problem.

I keep getting the following error message after I close a page in IE. After clicking Ok - sometimes it closes all the IE pages and other times it doesn`t - any help in correcting this problem would be appreciated - cheers.

iexplore.exe Application error
The instruction at "0x7c9105f8" referenced memory at "0x02830010".
The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

The problem is in the Yahoo & Google toolbars. Uninstall them and then download the most recent version. Don't waste money purchasing software error fixes. They don't work on this one. The only thing that will work is to uninstall the tool bars and then download a more curremt version.

That's interesting because I am also getting an IExplore.exe application error -0x00d95f6C message frequently. The Instruction at (as quoted) referenced memory at (as quoted). The memory could not be read. O.K. to terminate.
