Opening Files from Secure Folder

I have created a folder on a server with MPEG files in it which I do not want users to copy and steal. I do however, wish for the the users to view and execute these files.

My problem is that with the folder security, if I restrict read permissions, they cannot execute the files but if I give read permissions, they can drag and copy files to their desktop.

Surely there has to be a way a user can only view or execute files from a secure folder but not be able to steal them off the server? I have played around with all folder permissions and still cannot find a desired solution. Can anyone please help!?!?

u can make it read only, but if u grant executable permissions, cut and copy r also activated. u can however, check for 3-rd party software, which might offer u this.
