Problem in Administrator Login

I have Windows XP Pro,, and SP1 installed
whenever i login through administrator,, pc is hanging..
but i can work on desktop menu.
but i cant work on start button and taskbar
whenever i point my mouse on start and taskbar its showing an a loading Icon (Symbol)... need help from you guys as soon as possible

I am assuming that this doesnt happen when you log in with any other account?

What you can try is logging on with another account if you have one, that has admin rights. Then from the Sytem applet from the control panel goto the advanced tab and then user profiles, delete the profile for the admin account ( you wont be able to delete the account that you logged in as ) and then log back in as the admin.
