Exclamation Explorer CPU Usage

Last night for some reason explorer decided to start using over 50% of my CPU after a few minutes of being booted up. Now my machine is a fairly nice one and here are the specs:

Intel D865GLC Motherboard
P4 3.2GHz Prescott
1Gb DDR2 RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro 128Mb
Soundblaster Audigy 2
3 HDD's - C: 120Gb Western Digital, D: 200Gb Maxtor, E: 300Gb Maxtor
450w Antec Power Supply

This started to act up when I went to Windows Update and installed the .NET Framework stuff which I had decided I did not need before, but my roomate said to get it just for the hell of it like he did. The only other thing that I did before this began was I unshared my 2 storage drives (D, E), but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't have anything to do with it. I also went into safe mode and ran a virus scan which picked up a Trojan of some kind with 2 different parts and it was deleted and the problem is still continueing. This issue is severely hindering my homework needs as well as my entertainment needs so any help is great.

I fixed it, I had the torjan.byteverify virus still hidden in a few folders and stuff.....
