WXP Shutdown Part II

I upgraded W2K Pro to WXP Pro, and now my computer won't shut down completely unless I hold down the start button for about 6 seconds.
I was advised to try enableing the APM (which fixed the problem when I loaded W2K), but it did not resolve the problem on WXP.
Any other ideas.

Have you enabled "Advanced Power Management" in power options.
