Mapped network drive and start up

I have mapped network drive (Z:\).
When I start my XP, in explorer I see Z:\ as unplugged network place. When I start my economic software I get message "Can't access to Z:\". But if I click on Z:\ in explorer, folder is open correctly and economic software works too.

How I achieve Z:\ permanently plugged??? (immediately after start XP without open in explorer)

Please help....

My PC and shared PC: WinXP Pro SP2
