Sound Blaster Live 5.1

I need help in troubleshooting my speakers. I have 5.1 speakers and installed Creative's SB Live 5.1. Software has been installed. My front speakers work, but not my REAR or CENTER. Please help me on how to configure this...!!??! I will appreciate it very much.

To check to make sure it's configured to use all four speakers, go to Control Panel>Sounds Speech and Audio Devices>Sounds and Audio Devices>Volume tab, at the bottom in the Speaker Settings area click on the Advanced button .

Choose your speaker setup from the drop-down list, click OK.
