Exclamation Mouse won't respond on startup

I don't know if this is the right forum but I hope it is.
Lately when I open my computer, the desktop shows up and everything's fine except for the mouse which doesn't move. I can't move the cursor and I have to reboot. Today for example I had to reboot 4 times before it responded. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't respond as well.

Does anyone have any idea why it's hapenning?

Check the connections by removing the mouse/keyboard and rebooting. Try your friend's mouse/keyboard in your computer to see if they work ok and try yours in your friends computer.

Then tell us what happened...
