Locate Browser Link

Can anyone help me with this? I am using Outlook 2002 (Office XP) and everytime I receive an email with a link in it, and I click on the link, I get a message that says "Locate Browser Link". A dialog box then opens to allow you to find this link, whatever link that is. Can anyone tell me how to get my browser to automatically follow the link like it used to?
