Cracked or hacked!?

I am having some serious troubles with my XP. It's XP SP1. I very much kept all the patch updated except that I have not installed SP2 yet.
It has been running fine all these days, the problem seems to appear after the latest patch has been installed. I cannot tell if it's been hacked or some of the core dlls are corrupted, anyway, here are the symptoms:

1. A new user account WEBADMIN appears [don't ask me, i don't know the password... ].
2. The machine logs out automatically after a period of idle time.
3. I tried to remove the WEBADMIN user under "user account", but the page turned blank. =.=
4. Unable to run "Windows update".
5. Unable to run "help and support"
6. Unable to run "System Restore"
7. Unable to run ICQ [failed to initialize, failed even if i re-installed it]
8. Unable to use "Copy and Paste", the option for paste is dimmed.
9. Unable to log into the system thru remote desktop.
10. Unable to pop up any windows. [no response after clicking on an achor.]
11. I am using AVG as the antivirus, I scanned it and no virus were found. But I am unable to update the virus database. A message appears and asks me to re-install the AVG.
12. No little icons on the menu bar even though some programs are currently running.

Sounds like a trojan and a hack to me, try these online scans if you can:

if that does not work, I suggest you format and load SP2 this time, you do not mention a firewall at all, do you have one ?

I tried those on-line scan. But they need to create a window for running their application. The problem with my XP is it cannot create any pop-up windows. =(
firewall!? Yes and no.. i am using a router at home for sharing the internet service with 2 machines and my machine is put at the DMZ... so.. it's not behind firewall.
"format and load SP2 this time"!? So.. I have to re-install everything?

I had a look at your google link... but no.. I am not familiar with any of those.
