service pack 2 WON'T install

Hey again,

Slowly figuring out what is going on since I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled windows. I have begun doing all the updates with little trouble until i hit service pack 2.

It won't install and just hangs there. I want to completely redo the whole thing. Meaning the download and everything, but I don't know how to delete the download to make the pc download service pack 2 again.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Download sp2 separatly from the link below. Once you have it downloaded, it should install with no problems.
