Downloading with IE Explorer XP

Got this strange problem. When i try to download a Zip file in IE Explorer, i get no "save in" dialog windows. IE just starts to download and when it's done the WinZip program starts up.
How do i get rid of this problem?

When you start the download and it shows you the progress you can tick a box that says Close Dialouge Box Download Finishes. Untick this box then when the download is complete the box will stay open.

Ok, but i wan't to be able to choose where i wan't to put the file.
I get no save option, it just starts to download.

As an interim measure until we can come up with some ideas you could alows just right-click on the link and select Save Target as.... ; this will then bring up a save dialog box.

I'm trying to think what you can do about this - I've had it happen to me before but I can't remember how I fixed it.
