Can anyone tell me what this is?

$NtUinstallq$

cause there a bunch of them in my computer for some reason, possibly a virus of some sort maybe.

I downloaded this new antivirus program and i got a bunch of those files and on my desktop there is a file called desktop.ini. Its a system file, but i tried putting it back into my windows folder but it says it already exist. But this one is 80 mb
and the other one is 2mb. What should i do?

You can leave them,they are update information from whenever you have done a widows update click this link to read more
