How to disable zip folder permanently?

I disabled it by regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll in command mode. But it just keeps coming back after several days.

Any idea?

I note you say 'command mode' which suggests you are entering the command in a 'command prompt' window. Instead, click 'Start' - 'Run' - and enter the command there, then click OK.
