Rename file name in directory

Hello
I wrote small website on HTML and Javascirpt. How can I rename some files in the directory. In other words, all website is in the directory, 25 files together. Now I want to rename some functions, in such way that name of the functions rename everywhere in the directory. What program or tool would allow to do that?

Thanks
