dell poweredge keeps rebooting!

Hey everyone got a dell poweredge sc420, just put an ATI radeon x700 in it. For a week or two it was working fine, dual monitors, then, today, I made some changes, plugged in a scanner, a printer, and I switched the monitors' ports on the video card. Now, whenever I boot up, it stays up for a few minutes, then gives a generic error, then shuts off and reboots. Any ideas?

Ok, well, I figured out what it was. By process of elimination, I found out that it is the scanner. As soon as I plug it in, the pc restarts. It's a pretty new Visioneer scanner. Why would it do this?
