Drag & Drop to DVD error message

General informaton:

Using an Iomega DVD: -RW 2x disks

It would "read", "save as" & "drag & drop" successfully running under Windows 2000 Professional.

I now run a 900 Celeron machine and a Pentium M 1.5 machine running with Windows XP Professional.

On both machines it will " read" and "save as" successfully, but will not drag & drop. The error message is:
"The supplied user buffer is not valid for the requested operation."

The Microsoft Support area recognizes the error but offers no specifics to correct it. Iomega had me reinstall the Hotburn software in safe mode, but that did not help.

Thank you for you consideration
