Winpatrol detecting new startup prog ending ".exe r" every 2 minutes?

Winpatrol throws this up every couple of minutes, the program is always named some random string of 6 or 7 letters (eg "tueurua.exe r" has just popped up) in the windows system32 folder which disappears after I prevent it from being a startup program. Spysweeper & Adaware did not find anything. Norton 2005 has been running since reinstallation a couple of months ago.

I recently started having the same problem after having downloaded a bit Torrent file.
I think the time sequence has to do with the sniffing rate set for winpatrol, but not sure about that. Still have not resloved the problem after a day of frustrating updates and scanning. Ad-Aware SE , CleanUP, CWShredder, and SpySubtract all updated and tried, several at risk files deleted but the problem persists.. Help. Have you found a solution yet?
