Desktop picture

Hi all,
for whatever reason i am unable to change the desktop picture....
when i open the display properties, the 'pictures' under the option to change desktop backgrounds are all grayed out.
am i being stupid?

One of the people there will direct you to Kelly's XP Tweaks etc.

Go to home page of Kelly XP etc. and choose A-Z or follow this link.

Under W you will see wallpaper options.

You will need to be the administrator on this pc to make such changes and also proceed with caution.

thanks for the advice.

ive tried everything i can think of, including changing the registry setting buts not an ounce of luck.

any ideas?
